Meet world-renowned Professor Robert Langer.

Thanks to our very recent collaboration with the British American Chamber of Commerce New England (BABCNE), we will be co-hosting a much anticipated event by world-renowned Professor Robert Langer.

Professor Langer is the David H. Koch Institute Professor at MIT and is a world famous biotechnologist, engineer, scientist, inventor, and entrepreneur. Over 2 billion lives have been improved worldwide by the technologies created by Dr. Langer's lab, the largest biomedical engineering lab in the world. He is also the founder of 24 companies. 

His many awards include the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering, the Charles Stark Draper Prize (considered the engineering Nobel Prize), the 2014 Kyoto Prize and the Lemelson-MIT prize, for being "one of history's most prolific inventors in medicine."

This will be the first of a series of events we plan on co-hosting with other organizations in the region who share in SACC-NE's mission.
