SACC-NE Welcomes Oddbird as New Corporate Members

Founded in 2013 by Moa Gürbüzer, Oddbird is a company dedicated to its mission of transforming the culture of drinking and making the choice of having your wine with or without alcohol as obvious as having your coffee with or without milk. To get there, Oddbird is leading the world’s largest research consortium focused on dealcoholized wine, aiming to establish a new standard of quality for dealcoholized red wine. By leveraging scientific research, they ensure that structure, complexity, and overall enjoyment are preserved.

Today, Oddbird is a global leader in the premium alcohol-free wine segment and the largest producer in Europe, with a growing presence in the U.S. following its market entry in late 2024. The brand is featured in some of the world’s top culinary destinations, including Michelin-starred restaurants, where chefs and sommeliers recognize the wine’s quality and potential.
